Terms of Use

Last updated: 24 July 2026

These terms are an agreement between Bravely Adventures Pty Ltd (ACN 691 789 296) trading as myWattle ("myWattle", "we", "us") and the organisation that creates an account ("you", "the provider"). By using myWattle you agree to them. We've written them to be readable — if anything is unclear, ask us at hello@mywattle.com.au.

1. What myWattle is

myWattle is software that helps NDIS providers run rosters, records, compliance registers and claims. It is a tool, not a service provider: we don't deliver supports, employ your workers or hold your registration.

2. Your data is yours

Plain English: everything you put into myWattle belongs to you. You can export all of it, any time, in open formats, no questions asked and no exit fees. If you leave, you take your data with you.

You grant us only the limited rights needed to host, back up, display and process your data in order to run the service. We will never sell your data, use it for advertising, or use participant or worker records to train AI models.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Availability and support

myWattle is a young product in its founding period. We host it on reliable Australian infrastructure, take nightly encrypted backups, and work hard to keep it up — but we provide the service on a best-effort basis and don't yet offer a contractual uptime guarantee. If something breaks, report it in-app or email us; a real person reads every message.

5. Fees

Pricing is per house per month at the rate quoted to you in writing (founding rate: $399 per house per month, GST inclusive unless stated otherwise). We'll give you at least 30 days' written notice before any price change, and you can cancel any time before it takes effect.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Export your data first — the full-export tool is on your dashboard. After cancellation we delete your live data and let encrypted backups age out of the backup cycle. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately for serious breach, in which case we'll give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data.

7. Wes, the AI assistant

Wes is an AI helper, not a person, and it says so. Wes can explain how myWattle works but does not provide legal, clinical, compliance or financial advice, and you shouldn't rely on it as such. Keep participant and worker names out of chat.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law: we're liable for the service we provide, but not for decisions you make using it; our total liability under this agreement is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; and neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential loss. You're responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you'd be lost without — the export tool makes this easy.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially we'll give account holders at least 30 days' notice by email or in-app notice. Continuing to use myWattle after the change takes effect means you accept it; if you don't, you can cancel and export before it does.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
